My brother and I decided to make some carrot cake with walnuts yesterday and boy, it was delish! We added a huge handful of walnuts for that extra crunch and it was insane. You just can't stop at one. Gonna bring some back to Singapore, to munch on the plane for some personal in-flight entertainment. See ya in abit, Singapore.
