Made Cha Soba for myself, again. Funny how I'm not sick of it just yet, and a true blessing cause Cha Soba is really cheap to make. Its really pretty much my go-to meal these days, when I don't have time to make a proper dinner or simply pure lazy to head down to the nearest mall for a meal. I find myself reaching for those green noodles, boiling and then drenching them with cold soba sauce for a hearty meal ahead. I like dumping my meal in ice cubes as it keeps my noodles ice cold -just the way I like it.
