Was invited to an Erabelle event 2 weeks back and brought my girl K along with me! Lol we are hopelessly inseparable.

We visited the Bugis Junction outlet, which has a fairytale theme to it!

For those of you out there who have not heard of Erabelle (omg how can?) Erabelle is an expert in brows, having more than 9 years of experience in the industry. They are most awarded for brow services and specializes in designing eyebrows according to individual face shapes. There is no "standard" eyebrow shape per se, everything is personalized!

Erabelle uses European technology with safe colors and super high hygiene standards (all tools are sterilized with brand new micropen tips and colour caps for each and every customer). One thing that Erabelle emphasizes on is that customers will all leave with natural-looking results, so no worries about having super dramatic looking brows - never gonna happen at Erabelle!

Erabrowlogy is a holistic brow service with a pre-treatment step and boosted aftercare routine, to give beautiful and natural-looking brows that frames the face with enhanced colour retention. The effect is expected to last from 2 to 3 years will the full course of treatment and proper care. This service will lend colour and depth to pale, faded or naturally sparse brows and can correct the shape and colour of poorly tattooed eyebrows that downplay one’s attractiveness.

Erabelle believes that individuals have unique features and so the one-style-fits-all does not resonate with them. Pioneers of this technique, the brow professionals at Erabelle understands that oriental features are distinctly different from our western counterparts and have since perfected the art of designing women’s eyebrows according to six common Asian face shapes. Customised to your face shape, the shape of brows will be tailored to perfectly frame your face and eyes and showcase your assets. The colour of dye is selected to complement skin tone and hair color.

Using specialized Softstroke technique and Erabelle’s micropen, colours are applied just below the epidermis of skin to enhance facial beauty, simulating the look of perfectly drawn brows. With this, one is liberated from the rigmarole of makeup and yet looks polished and groomed every single minute of every day.

For customers who are keen to have a Master Artist to do their eyebrows, there will be an additional surcharge of $214 per package.

The brow artist was explaining the step-by-step procedure for Erabrowlogy (eyebrow embroidery) to us. The whole experience is extremely customer-centric. A patch test will be made on your skin to ensure that there are no allergic reactions to the creams used, plus she will design a brow shape according to your face shape!

Step 1: Brow Preparation

A brow mask will be applied onto the brow area to remove dead skin cells and excess sebum, whilst hydrating the skin. 

Step 2: Erabrow Design

A customisation design process with the artist with face shape and eyebrow analysis, designing, trimming and gentle tweezing. The creation of the perfect arch was then immaculately drawn with Erabelle Long-Lasting Brow Pencil where the shade is chosen carefully to suit skin tone and hair color. Nothing is compromised in the process!

Step 3/4: Patch Test and Preparation

Patch Test to test for any allergy to the certified colour pigment Erabelle uses. The artist prepared new micropen tips and colour caps to ensure that strict hygiene standards are observed throughout the entire process.

Step 5: Color Application

Using the highly specialized Softstroke technique and Erabelle’s micropen, long lasting colours are applied just below the epidermis of skin to enhance facial beauty, simulating the look of perfectly-drawn brows - all done while bringing discomfort down to the lowest level possible.

All therapists wear Japanese kimonos at work, so as to condition themselves to provide the best customer services like the Japanese! I do feel that all of Erabelle's staff elude a gentle and hospitable charm. Plus their pastel pink kimonos are so pretty to look at. In addition, they are also super hygienic - always sanitizing their hands at every possible interval. 

Was treated to a fruit platter while we were there. Loving the tea set! After the demonstration, I was taken on a tour around the outlet. Like I mentioned earlier at the start of the post, the Bugis Junction has a fairytale theme to it! All Erabelle outlets are specially designed with different themes, so that customers can enjoy a whole new experience every single time, no matter which outlet they choose to go to. No room is the same. How thoughtful! 

Every room has an in-built iPad next to the bed, with a vast variety of songs to choose from.

Had the opportunity to experience eyebrow shaping after the tour. 

My face was identified as oval shape and my brows were designed according to that.

Erabelle looks at 5 important aspects of an eyebrow design:

There are the length of eyebrows, thickness of eyebrows, tip and shape of the brow arches, 

the light and natural-looking brow starting point and lastly, the precise and complete brow tail.
