Good Ole' Bangers and Mash

[ Good Ole' Bangers and Mash ]

Bangers (you can find many variations in Cold Storage, from garlic pork to bratwurst)
3 Washed Potatoes
1/3 Yellow Onion
5 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste

Mash:
1) Boil potatoes until soft, poke it with your fork to test softness
2) Remove from pot and peel off skin (it should come off quickly) under running water
3) Mash the potatoes with a fork and add butter, salt and pepper to taste

Bangers:
1) Caramelize onions with butter on a pan until soft (low heat)
2) Add in bangers and cook until brownish

Was craving for some potatoes earlier today and made myself a plate of good ole' bangers and mash for lunch. It was sitting on a bed of butter milk sauce which is.. erm... probably not very good for me, but who cares lol. I love mash potatoes so much that I would probably come up with a million variations to have it.  This dish will cost you less than 3 bucks to make, so yay to saving money and having a good time, while smelling like butter when you're done.
